The Importance of Efficient Succession Planning
ON-DEMAND WEBINAR: Hudl x Association of Sporting Directors
WHO IS THE BEST OR NEXT COACH FOR THE CLUB?
In the current Global Football market, the question of “who is the best or next coach for the club?” is regularly thought about by Sporting Directors, CEOs and club owners. It’s a huge decision to make and can be fraught with danger, as an unsuccessful appointment can lead to relegation, fan negativity, player unrest, reduced turnover from compensation payouts and the cost of replacing support staff. However, it can also lead to huge success if scouted effectively with evidence to enhance the decision-making process.
In this webinar, we hear from three members of the Association of Sporting Directors, representing professional clubs at different levels of football, in different countries, on the stages, processes and challenges they meet when preparing for succession planning.
